Roccos is always consistent. Their pancakes are light and fluffy and the eggs are cooked perfectly. I don't usually like hash browns, but this place is the exception. My daughter thinks the pancakes taste like dessert. I also enjoy their selections of hot teas. Sometimes they forget the bacon, but I just leave a note now reminding them. :-)
